Yes, the cutoff date is on the 28th of every month.
- If you subscribe on or before the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of next month.
- If you subscribe after the 28th, your first kit will ship in the first half of the month after next.
Your initial payment will be processed the day you subscribe.
- All subsequent payments for recurring subscriptions will be charged on the 3rd of each month.
Subscription kits are shipped out approximately one month in advance (for example the May kit will be shipped out the first week of April, and the June kit will be shipped out the first week of May, etc.)
Yes, subscriptions have a 2 month minimum. If cancelled before 2 months, you will be charged the remaining balance. There are no cancellation fees after the minimum subscription period has been met.
Yes! But the subscription kit should be ordered separately or all items in your order will be combined with the subscription kit.
Yes! You can cancel after 2 billing cycles by logging into your account and heading to account management.
Please make sure to cancel before 11:59pm EST on the 28th of the month. After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month.
