Please email - firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery along with your order number, missing items or photos showing the defect so that we can further assist you.
We currently do not offer any exchanges for any Aesthetic Paper Co Custom Products.
Returns are not available for stickers or customised items as they are handmade.
If you wish to return any stationery products please ensure the item is sold by Aesthetic Paper Co, in its original package, unused and returned within 7 days of delivery. If the item does not arrive in these conditions it will not be eligible for a return.
Returns must be authorised by Aesthetic Paper Co prior to returning the items. Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs
In order to receive a refund your order must have been placed no more than 7 days from when you request a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For your security, the refund must be credited back to the original card you used to purchase this order. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you will receive credit to shop at aestheticpaperco.com.
Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If store credit, or eGift card credit were used, they will be refunded as first method of payment and are not eligible for cash dispersal.
