- Processing times does not include shipping and delivery times.
- Processing times may take longer for custom or personalised items because of the nature of the product and the extra time that it takes to create.

Aesthetic Paper Co is not responsible for "late" delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please ensure all shipping information is correct as once it is full-filled, we are not able to change it.
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order and your location. Express shipping is available to select countries at checkout.
Please note that the customer is responsible for taxes, customs, duties and/or any other fees imposed by the destination country. Aesthetic Planning Co are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
International packages can take between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. Your destination country may choose to hold your parcel for inspection which may cause delays and are out of our control. If the parcel has arrives in your destination country and is delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking details as they will determine the best help to track down your parcel.
A Little Update for My USA Customers 💌
From 29th August, the US has removed the $800 de minimis threshold. At first, I thought this just meant that parcels would arrive in the US and you’d simply get a little customs bill before your order could be delivered (not ideal, but at least doable).
But I’ve since been told by Australia Post that the tariffs actually need to be paid upfront by me before sending — and at this stage, there’s no way for me to do that. If I send orders without it, they’d most likely just bounce back to me

The US has such a special place in my heart and in this little stationery world we’ve built, so I’m really hoping this pause is only temporary. Fingers crossed a solution pops up soon!
