Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetic Paper Co, we aim to process orders quickly so we can get your stationery to you as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellation timeframes differ depending on where you are located and the stage of your order.

EU / EEA Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you are protected by a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

This means you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

To cancel your order, please contact us within this timeframe.

Once your cancellation is accepted:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
• Items should be returned in their original condition where possible
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
• We will refund:
• The cost of your items
  

Refunds will be issued once we receive your return or proof of return, and processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

This right does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised items
• Items that have been opened or used beyond necessary inspection (where applicable under law)
• Digital products (if applicable)
• Sale or clearance items
• Destash boxes

All Other Customers (Rest of the World)

For all other customers, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window.

Cancellation window:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or processing and can no longer be cancelled

Made-to-order & personalised items:

• These items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, even within the 24-hour window

If your cancellation is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow standard processing times depending on your bank or payment provider
